What is Smart Send?

Smart Send is a feature that ensures your customers do not receive more than one message from you within 48 hours. This feature keeps your customers from feeling like they are being spammed with too many messages. It comes in handy when you want to send multiple campaigns within a 48-hour window.


You can enable or disable this feature by going into your dashboard and selecting Campaigns>Create Campaign. Once you scroll down on the Create Campaign page, you will see the option for Smart Send.

Toggle it on to ensure that only the customers who did not receive your campaign in the last 48 hours receive it.

Toggle it off to ensure that everyone in the chosen segment receives the campaign.
