Gorgias is a customer service platform that allows companies to respond to customer requests and manage customer tickets.
By activating the Tone x Gorgias Integration, all your Tone conversation and user data will be pulled into Gorgias, allowing you to manage your customer service conversations under one roof.
With this integration, you will be able to:
- Sync customer data from Tone to Gorgias
- View SMS conversations and messages directly in the Gorgias dashboard
Step 1. Head over to the Integrations page in the Tone app.
Go ahead and click ADD INTEGRATION on the Gorgias card. This will take you to the Gorgias details page where you will need to add the user email address + domain associated with your account and the Gorgias API key.
Step 2. In a new tab, open up your Gorgias dashboard, and open the user menu in the sidebar. (It's the three vertical dots.)
Step 3. In the dropdown menu, click Settings.
Step 4. In the Settings page menu, click REST API.
Step 5. On the REST API page, click the Copy button to copy the Base API URL. Then, paste it into the Tone app field. Repeat the process for the Username and the Password(API Key).
Click the ACTIVATE button in the Tone app, and you're all finished!
