LiveText allows customers that are already on your website to reach out for questions. Reviewing your LiveText dashboard frequently provides data regarding site traffic, frequently asked questions, etc. Check out this article for more details on how LiveText works.
To check your overall LiveText stats, select Live Text>Dashboard from the left-hand side of your Tone dashboard.
Change the Start Date and End Date to your desired date range to get an overview of the LiveText conversations initiated, total sales generated, etc.
Depending on the dates selected, you can check the following stats for that timeframe:
Inbound Request: the number of conversations initiated by your customers.
Average Texts Exchanged Per Conversation: the average number of texts exchanged per conversation. You can also review each LiveText conversation by scrolling down to the Conversations tab.
Total Sales: total sales generated from the number of LiveTexts sent.
Return on Investment: percentage of return generated on the investment.
Orders: the number of orders placed as a result of the LiveTexts sent.
Average Order Value: the average order amount in dollars.
Scroll down on the same page to review all the LiveText conversations our Superhuman team has engaged in with your customers.
