When scheduling your campaign, the time reflected on your dashboard will match your current timezone. Please note, the campaign itself will be sent based on Universal Time (UTC). We recommend using the time chart below to ensure that you are scheduling your message for the desired time based on UTC.
It is important to schedule your campaigns at a time that is convenient for the majority of your customers. For example, if you reside in EST, but many of your customers are based in PST and CST, we would suggest scheduling that particular campaign for the early/mid afternoon their time. This will ensure that they do not receive a message too early or too late in the day. As a best practice waking hours are between 8 am & 9 pm in the customers local time zone.
You can also create custom segments for your customers based on location to send the campaign at the best possible time in their time zone! For steps on how to create custom segments, please see this helpful article.
