How do I update my initial message?


To update your initial checkout recovery message, click on Checkout Recovery>Initial Message on the left-hand side or select the settings gear icon in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard.

Then select Messages.


Select if you would like to offer a discount or not.


Then customize your message by choosing a persona name (or selecting a template), adding dynamic tags, and more!


You can do the same for the No discount message type as sometimes this one is also offering a discount by default, so make sure to remove that part and edit it to your liking. 

Use the message preview box on the right-hand side to see exactly what your message will look like!

Once you are satisfied with your messaging, select Save.
