Sending a test campaign is a great way to preview your message from a customer perspective. Many of our brands like to do this to check for any needed updates (content, length, images, etc) and ensure the messaging is just right ahead of sending the campaign to their subscribers!
To send a test campaign message, first, you will want to import the test recipients as subscribers. You can find steps for how to do this here.
Once your test recipients have been imported, create and schedule your test campaign by selecting the test segment you created!
After the test campaign has been reviewed, select Campaigns > Details on your dashboard and locate the test campaign that was sent.
Select Copy to duplicate the campaign and open the editor. Here you will be able to make any necessary adjustments and select the actual segment you would like to target.
