How can I view the stats for checkout recovery?

You can view the stats for checkout recovery through your Tone dashboard.

Go to Checkout Recovery>Overview.

You can change the dates by clicking on the calendar icon. (10)


Depending on the dates selected, you can check the following stats for that timeframe:

Opt-In Rate: the percentage of customers who opted in to receive texts.

Customers Reached: the number of customers reached.

Total Sales: total sales generated.

Reply Rate: the percentage of customers who replied to our initial message.

Orders: the number of orders placed.

Average Order: the average order amount in dollars.

Conversation Rate: the percentage of conversations that converted into sales.

Checkout Recovery Links Clicked: the number of Checkout Recovery links clicked by customers.

Return on Investment: percentage of return generated on the investment.
