Flows Overview

The new Flows feature allows you to send messages to your customers based on a particular action that has taken place!  

You can access Flows by going to your Tone dashboard.

Select the Flows tab to view your total sales generated by flows.

You can view the breakdown of each category once your store has generated sales. You can select the pre-set timeframe or choose custom dates*.

*When you use the custom date picker it takes the first date - EOD of the day before the ending date, i.e. if you select 1/8/2021-1/20/2021, it is only through EOD 1/19.

You can also view other useful stats such as the revenue generated, orders placed, etc. to see how your Flows are performing! 

To create a flow, go to your Tone dashboard and click on the Flows tab.

Scroll down to the All Flows section and click on the blue Create New Flow button.

To edit a flow click on the pencil icon under the Actions row in All Flows section.

To disable or enable a flow, toggle the enable/disable toggle. When it is blue, it means the flow is running.

This section is also where you will be able to review all of your current Flows and the stats associated such as the number of customers reached, orders shipped/placed/ delivered, and revenue.

As your Flows start going out, you will be able to see all of the conversations taking place under the Conversations section. You can review each conversation individually by clicking on them!
